Postpartum Depression Over Time
A Safe Space to Talk About Your Experience
This is a group for anyone who has given birth, and found themselves feeling alone or isolated, frightened, or with feelings that they could not control.
Our shared history is a bond, whether we experienced it in the last six months, or the last six years. We welcome all women who would like to help support themselves and each other in healing from this trauma through conversation and group work.
Please join us to find a community of women who are experiencing, or have experienced postpartum depression, to learn, support, and heal together.
Meet your facilitator: This group will be supported by Deb Hurowitz, LICSW, who has been working with pre- and post-partum women, specifically around PPD/PPP and other complicated outcomes, for 15 years.
