- In a judgement free, supportive environment, with likeminded women who are trying to navigate their thoughts, feelings and emotions surrounding their physical, emotional, and mental transformation of motherhood in our current society.
- Understand the differences between Baby blues, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety to better understand further treatment options.
- Learn tools and strategies to care for the caregiver and assist with anxiety management. Support communication with your spouse, to help them gain a better understanding of your experience and how to meet your needs in this season.
- Connect with others sharing similar experiences in a safe, validating, and welcoming environment.
