Jessica has an educational background in forensic and clinical psychology, having worked in community mental health and private practice settings. She has worked in both in person and telehealth settings, previously working with clients of all ages across the lifespan and now focusing on her work with older teens and adults. Jessica has worked with individuals, couples and in groups and is available as a support for caregivers of her minor clients to help support the family dynamic. She ensures her clients that she is “meeting them where they are” upon entering the therapeutic relationship and she aims to create an environment where clients can feel safe, become vulnerable and learn to empower themselves to create healthy choices.
