Biography

Navigating the winds and waves of life’s circumstances can be incredibly challenging. My hope during our time together is to create a safe space where you can reflect on your life path and explore new directions. I welcome everyone—no exceptions. With over five years of experience as an outpatient mental health therapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to a diverse range of individuals. I have worked with clients from age 4 to age 90, including children and families, teens, college students, professionals, and couples. My special interests lie in exploring the human spirit and the stories that shape us and the world around us. If you are interested in exploring your own path, I am here to support you on that journey.
