Biography

Eric Allen has nearly two decades of experience working in behavioral health, individual and family therapy, and coaching. He has a deep commitment to supporting a wide range of clients, from adolescents to adults, in overcoming life’s challenges and reaching their full potential. With a rich educational background, Eric’s qualifications include an MA in General/Theoretical Psychology from Marywood University, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Messiah University, and BCBA coursework from Florida State University. He is also certified in Ecosystemic Trauma-informed Family Therapy and has completed coursework in Positive Psychology and Adolescents Living Well through Yale University. Eric’s experience spans roles such as a Pure Health and Wellness Therapist at a cancer treatment center in Florida and Director of a community-based behavioral health service provider in the Poconos. In addition to his therapeutic work, Eric brings a unique passion for teaching and currently coaches speech and debate at a private school, where he helps students develop their confidence and communication skills.
