Hayley is an LMHC with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Hayley’s practice is primarily influenced by strengths-based, client-centered modalities with an emphasis on a solutions-focused, humanistic approach. She believes in the importance of strengthening your sense of self and resilience.
Previous experience includes working with adolescents, adults, caregivers and couples, striving to strengthen relationships and resiliency through individual and couples therapy. She has completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Hayley also has previous experience providing coaching to working professionals with the intent and follow through to help them strengthen a sense of self to be more successful in their field of work. Success can be achieved by focusing on SMART goals to aid in further success and implementation of professional growth. To reach positive results, Hayley focuses on highlighting an individual’s strengths, values and areas for improvement.
