Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist at Vendetti Wellness Group.
Utilizing mindfulness techniques, CBT, and DBT, Lauren helps clients to learn and implement skills to better manage mental health symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. Her person-centered approach helps empower clients to take an active role in the therapeutic process, and in turn their own healing. Lauren is warm and engaging and knows the importance of humor when navigating life’s challenges. She has experience implementing art therapy with various age groups and diagnoses.
