Biography
Dr. Revital Bregman completed her doctoral program at William James College in Newton, MA, with a concentration in health psychology. She integrates psychological health with physical/medical health into one comprehensive, holistic model of work. Dr. Bregman approaches therapy from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective, and believes that mental health is as essential to well-being as physical health. Dr. Bregman is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and work towards meaningful change, emphasizing collaboration and empowerment in her individualized care approach.
A lifelong learner and mental health advocate, Dr. Bregman is passionate about making a positive impact on her clients’ lives and the broader community. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her dog Charlotte.
